Equipment Service
We make servicing your equipment easy!
With our ticket system, you can specify exactly what you want to be serviced or tested, note any issues to be aware of, track your equipment’s progress, and view all your previous service tickets.
1. Complete an online service form
After you’ve confirmed we service the brand of equipment you have, and checked our current turnaround time for an expected back-in-hand date, fill out a service ticket. The form will take approximately 15 minutes and asks a lot of questions upfront to streamline our service.
After you submit your service form, you’ll see a ‘thank you’ page with a ticket number, this ticket number is important and will be used to check on the status of your equipment.
If you’re requesting an expedited service, please contact us to make sure we can fulfill the expedite.
2. Drop off or ship us your equipment
Place your equipment in a box and ship it to us! Include your hoses and ship your equipment just as you dive it. To expedite our process, write your ticket number on the outside of the box.
If you’re local, you can also drop it off during our business hours with a completed-ticket number.
3. Approve your quote and track the service process
You’ll receive an email when we receive your equipment, complete the quote, if we find anything out of the ordinary, and when the service is complete.
We can only give an accurate quote once your equipment has been received. We’ll do a pre-service diagnostic test and send you a quote including service kits, labor, and any suggested and/or required extra parts.

4. Receive your invoice and pay for the service
After the service is complete, you’ll receive an itemized invoice in your email. Then, we’ll call you to pick it up or to collect payment and confirm the shipping address.

These services are what typically make up a ‘normal’ annual service. Normally, a customer has one 1st stage, two 2nd stages (primary and alternate air source), and one BCD.

Expedite on Equipment Service
If you need a regulator and/or BCD serviced quickly, you can note this, as well as the “back-in-hand” date on the ticket system. On the homepage of our ticket system, you can see the current normal turnaround time.
